With the local merger of Mikrona Technologie AG and Ortho-Walker AG in spring 2020 in Schlieren (ZH), the
strengths of both traditional companies were combined under one roof. In June 2021, the companies were merged retroactively as of 1st of January 2021 and renamed MIKRONA GROUP AG.

As a group, we have even better access to the market, a broader product portfolio and more resources to master the challenges arising from the rapidly progressing digital and regulatory change. The two brands MIKRONA and ORTHO WALKER will operate independently.

This merger will result in the following change for you:

The most important thing for you: Everything else remains the same. Our managements, the teams and your direct contact persons, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses etc remain unchanged.
